TransmetriQ is powered by Railinc. TransmetriQ products, services and applications use the Railinc SSO and abide by all Railinc data privacy policies.

Railinc requires an AAR-assigned reporting mark (ABCX) or a Railinc-assigned alphanumeric identifier to access many of its systems, including:

  • Umler® system and Component Registry
  • Car Repair Billing
  • Damaged and Defective Car Tracking (DDCT) system
  • Equipment Health Management System (EHMS)
  • FindUs.Rail
  • Loading Authority (OT-57)
  • Early Warning

Companies that do not have an assigned Company ID must request one. This identifier is unique and, once established, may be used to access other Railinc systems.

Please note that there is a one-time $525 set-up charge for registering a Mark/Company ID with Railinc.

Railinc Onboarding Application

The Railinc Onboarding Application enables shippers, fleet managers, repair shops, running repair agents, equipment owners and railroads to request a Company ID and Railinc Single Sign-On (SSO) electronically. Please note that certain contact information is required to participate in the industry per AAR Interchange Rule 114. Railinc will collect that information, listed below, during the onboarding process.
